The De Mink service was amazing from start to finish!

We spent 8 months in communication with Liz, first getting pre-approval and then having a bond approved on our dream house. Our employment situation was not straight-forward, we had so many questions and took ages to submit all our documents. Throughout the process Liz was endlessly patient and made sure we understood exactly what was going on.

Her service was highly professional but also felt personalized and heartfelt. This was our first time purchasing a property and it really felt like she was rooting for us! She answered every one of our questions in depth - I don’t think I have ever received such informative, detailed emails from anyone! I feel like we have not only had our bond approved but received a full-on Education in property purchasing!
